  1. Great images of this beautiful and historic Greek location Paul. The CRJ is looking good in these as well, and that livery is popping out nicely
  2. Indeed! Dramatic, stunning and awesome image!
  3. Great atmospheric images Jack! These show off the great looking weather effects nicely
  4. Very well done comparison images Paul. Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't Orbx also release True Earth scenery of Great Britain for P3D? I thought they did. It would be interesting to see the same comparison, albeit with P3D TE up against X-Plane TE to see how the two TE GB's compare
  5. Great nostalgic FSX images Paul. I had so much fun with that sim, especially in the PNW and Australia. Good times!
  6. Looking good on this current adventure in the sim Gerold. Nice flight route plan there on the map, and nice detailed images.
  7. Very nicely detailed images Andreas. The city center images are especially good looking
  8. A slew of clear and crisp looking images here Darryl, nicely done!
  9. And off the beaten path you go John, nice images of this less seen region in sim world
  10. Happy to see you got your new, shiny bird up and down okay Don Nice images to go along with the short flight.
  11. Lots of exciting bridge flying there Jack, bunch of fun images!
  12. Getting that bridge all lined up on your English countryside tour, eh Jack ? Nice looking images
  13. Nice liftoff! Let's see if Jack comes up with a bigger aircraft Great images Paul!
  14. That is possible, but I don't know for sure. Or, they just developed more custom buildings for that scenery.
  15. Nice flight and images over the English countryside Jack
  16. That is the Photogrammetry at work Paul. Trust me, the melted/bombed look of various buildings around the MSFS world gave me fits for a LONG time. Some people are okay with it and it doesn't bother them, others like me think the melted look takes away from the immersion. It is what it is with Photogrammetry. It's the same reason why there are bridges around that look like solid chunks all the way to the water. The good news is, for buildings, bridges and other landmarks, the melted look can be gotten rid of by making them custom objects. The bad news there of course is that that takes a ton of time and manpower. Certain areas of the world, London being one of them, seem to be harder hit by the Photogrammetry melted look. Further, in your MSFS settings, on the DATA section, you can turn OFF Photogrammetry, which gets rid of the melted buildings, and you just have autogen buildings instead. They don't look as custom as the Photogrammetry buildings that are NOT melted, but it is very good looking autogen (and you MIGHT gain a little better performance). The only way to know if you like it or not is to try it and see. I used to run with Photogrammetry OFF for a long time, but then the more I got into flying airliners in MSFS, the less I saw of the buildings so I turned it back on for the detailed buildings that aren't melted. Hope that explains it a bit for you.
  17. Thanks to the both of you, I'll take birthday wishes whenever they arrive
  18. Love seeing the P-38 flying in your images Paul! Looks great flying down the Thames there in these
  19. Yep, I too am waiting for the landing attempt Paul Who can land a fast mover at Lukla first, Paul or Jack? Excited simmers want to know! Cool images
  20. Love these Johnny! That one shot approaching the castle is outstanding! Great stuff!
  21. Love the Smithsonian Museum! That complex is HUGE, with SO much to see! The Air and Space Museum is my favorite part of the Smithsonian. There are so many other very neat and historical things to see in D.C. I always spend time at the various war memorials, as obviously that is important to me to honor the fallen. The FBI museum is super cool too, lots of Cold War spy tech in there, plus some cool stuff from the Prohibition Era in the 20's. Great bunch of images here Paul, so much to see!
