The Canary Islands are a Spanish Autonomous Community and archipelago in the Atlantic Ocean. At their closest point to the African mainland, they are 62 miles (100km) west of Morocco. The eight main islands are (from largest to smallest in area) Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro and La Graciosa. GCLA La Palma Airport is situated on the island of La Palma. P-38 Lightning over La Palma - Orbx True Earth in XP11.

I love warbirds. I have flown 1,2,3,5 and 6 over Orbx scenery. Also, a B-17, Corsair, Hellcat, P-38, FW190, Lancaster, Wellington, Bearcat, Me262 and Mosquito . Currently, I fly a Spitfire, P-51 Mustang, P47 Thunderbolt and P-38 Lightning most often -

A great flight Wayne . I often start at Cardiff. I read a good post yesterday by one of the developers on the avsim forum. Thanks Landon . The aircraft is a Junkers Ju52. It first flew in 1930. It had a maximum speed of 172 mph at 3,000 feet.
