Frank Schnibben
Great livery Pat! Is this for the Just Flight DC-6? If so, it must have been very tricky to repaint her - I read about the complicated paint kit.
Patrick Cox
Frank it is the JF DC-6. Actually most of the repaint was fairly straight forward. When it came to putting the 'ANSETT-ANA' above the window line I did strike a couple of problems getting everything lined up but wasn't as bad as I thought. The comment about many months in the paint shop referred to the time I took to finish it. In between commencing the repaint and finishing it I had done repaints of many other aircraft and uploaded them to the SOH. This one was a part time job.
