Orbx
Kanawha Airport, commonly known as Yeager International Airport or CRW, first opened its doors in 1947 and is situated in Charleston, West Virginia. Charleston is the capital and cultural hub of West Virginia, with incredible museums and local shops. It’s not only a great place to fly through but a wonderful place for road trips. In 1985 the airport was named after General Chuck Yeager, the first pilot to break the sound barrier, in the Bell X-1. Today, Yeager Airport serves American, Delta, Spirit, and United Airlines as a public airport. The airport covers 767 acres of land with one main terminal building. With only 6302 feet of runway at an elevation of 982 feet on a flattened mountain, the airport is regarded as one of the world's most dangerous airports. KCRW Yeager International Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator is the next addition to your collection of Orbx Airport library. Features: High-quality PBR textures Custom POIs for the surrounding area and Charleston downtown Custom jetways Dynamic night lighting Custom groundpoly Landside area recreated in high detail Detailed terminal interior

West of 101
The description of Charleston, WV is wrong! The famous beaches and cobblestone streets are in Charleston, South Carolina. West Virginia is hours away from any ocean beaches! 1 1 1
BrianR
Anything in this scenery about one of the more famous Airport Dogs, Hercules? He chases birds off of the various runways and taxiways and KCRW shows him off on their social channels. Thanks!
ibelarry
This Is a description of Charleston South Carolina! Please revise a.s.a.p. It is on the store site as well. Charleston is the Capital of West Virginia in the heart of coal country and the US petrochemical industry. Surrounded by the mountaintops of the Alleghany Plateau and nearby is the New River Gorge Bridge and the New River National Park. It is an area of both great beauty and severe environmental damage Charleston is one of America's most beautiful cities and is noted for its cobblestone streets and lovely sandy beaches, as well as a variety of sports, recreational, and cultural events. Neil
Looks good, but I would like to see at least one static airliner. It looks empty, without some airside traffiic. Neil

Neil
Hi Wolfko Yes, there are loads of planes, but not where i would like to see them. The passenger side is empty. What I hope to see is something like Tweed, New Haven, as a model. This is a contentious point, those who like the visual depth that a static airliner with airside equipment brings, and those who want the airside clear for ai and 3rd party traffic. I hope that Orbx can satisfy both options, within MSFS. Neil 1
pilotnwv
The 130th ANG has the C130J-30 model now instead of the old H models. Flown out of this airport for 20+ years. Nice to see it modeled in detail.
