Bullfox Posted November 6, 2021 Share Posted November 6, 2021 Here we are most of the way along on a flight from Auckland, NZ to Gisborne, NZ. Some bad weather ahead as it turned out. Shortly after this we were in a nasty rain squall. Turned on the windshield wipers and all the anti ice equipment. The weather cleared and we made another good, but not quite great, approach We were going into runway 32. And here we are safe and dry at NZGS. Nice airport with both paved and grass runways. TerribleT Posted November 6, 2021 Share Posted November 6, 2021 Very nice indeed, I'm currently completing a FSX tour in C337 ZK-MAP of smaller airstrips in NZSI following the recent updates by Orbx - marvelous sights in the Alps, fiords, valleys and rivers and many very interesting small airports.
