Already at takeoff towards the city, ... ... or whilst turning south to the oil terminal. No hikers around Allison Lake? So we better look back at Valdez, the airport and the hills behind. Following Richardson highway at Robe Lake, ... ... with a view back to Valdez Bay. Just a great piece of work by the Orbx team. I wonder if this field is covered with snow in colder seasons? However, the flight went on eastwards over Copper river, ... .... Bering glacier, ... ... and Icy bay. Well, with limited visibility here and not so scenic. The cloud layer went down to approx. 250 ft AGL. Where the treetops nearly clean up the belly of the DC-3. Nothing you would like in a real flight. Have there been secret upgrades by Orbx or did I just make my sim run better since my last flight around PAVD? Third: I have never heard of Copper River Salmon, so it is probably unknown here.
