It helps to trim the plane a bit down so that the tail rises more quickly.

 

Indeed.....and a bit of forward stick too to help that tail come up faster.

Nah, keep at it mate, and it will become second nature.  I can't talk though; I have all but given up on the DCS Spitfire because I couldn't keep the thing on the VERY wide runway :rolleyes:.

The gentle throttle thing is key. We armchair pilots tend to be a little impatient!!

 

I must admit, that screenshot has a dreadfully familiar look about it!! :lol::lol::lol:
