I may live in Adelaide, and yes you are correct, it is in sunny South Australia.  However I’m from across the dutch from N’zillund (translates to ‘from across the Tasman Sea from New Zealand’).  But you weren’t to know that.

 

Naturally there is a bit of healthy ribbing that goes on, particularly for those of us who head west.

These "Other Antipodeans" - have a great problems with Vowels

You will notice the I in Ditch is now a U - or an A will be an I - or an E will be A - get the Massigge ??:rolleyes:

 

and they drink their biar out of "pots"
