VH-KDK
A glorious set Jean Marc. You have a fantastic collection of planes in your hangar as well as some silly pilots who chose to fly in Arctic conditions in open cockpits! Hats, or flying helmets off to them for their toughness. All tail draggers. An interesting point Jack and they are popular up there. Apparently it reduces weight and drag so more speed and more carrying capacity. A broken tail wheel/skid can be easily repaired and is less of a problem than a nose wheel failure in the middle of nowhere. Maybe there are more reasons that the knowledgeable can throw some light on.
