Jack Sawyer Posted January 24, 2018 Share Posted January 24, 2018 This time I chose two airports at random, and part of the way used the coordinates and Martyn's method with google earth to see if I can have a narrated tour. It kind of worked as there really wasn't much of named stuff below me. But it's a first try, and this is a lot of work Martyn! But interesting. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. Passing Bridge Street 16. Coming up on Point Elizabeth 17. Passing Runanga and O'Brien Park 18. Point Elizabeth Walkway and Highway 6 19. Still following Highway 6 along the coast 20. Just passed Barrytown and heading over Paparoa National Park 21. Over this ridge is Punakaiki 22. Heading for Te Miko and Perpendicular Point 23. Heading for the Fox River 24. Highway 6 again 25. Highway to Charleston 26. Before I get to Charleston I was pleasantly surprised to see a flock of boids 27. Closer to the boids 28. Cape Foulwind in the distance, love these place names! 29. Same as above 30. Arriving at Cape Foulwind 31. Highway 67A with Carters Beach ahead 32. Same as above 33. Rotary Road to the airport 34. 35. 36. 37. 38. I didn't have a lot of time so I just chose something randomly, at least it was real time and real weather. Sometimes it's fun to just go somewhere, anywhere on a whim. I have to agree, lately with this fantastic narrative it makes Orbx-land way more interesting.
