Guest
Hi Folks, After a major update of FTX ENG last year, it's now time for FTX SCO to have the same. The coming service pack will provide over 60 new different POIs all over the territory. It also enhances some Scottish Islands with a reworked landclass and a geopositionning of buildings. Guess which could be the places where the capture are made (both FSX/P3D): Some comparisons before/after: Mull galloway Lighthouse Kissimul - Barra Island Center of Glasgow The SP is now in beta and will be available next month. Stay tunned. Richard PS: For whose are wondering if the strange grey issue over Loch Ness is fixed for P3D (v3.4), the answer is yes but nothing was done our side

Scotland is certainly the wildest nation of UK with full wonders of nature and history. Don't hesitate to invest into this region. I went to a couple of the old trouble spots and sure enough there are no light blotches all over the mountains. Thanks so much, this is a great surprise! With all the other fixes and new POIs I'm heading back to Scotland for some sight-seeing! Thanks a lot Richard to you and all your team. Stu. BrianV
Hi Richard, I am wondering if something happened to Oban in my Scotland P3D v4. I think I used to see McCaig's Tower building in Oban town, but this is not seen now. Has this not been included at some point? Thanks for the great update with all the castles, they look splendid!
