MZee1960
It's a great day in Orbx Cali land, today. REX weather is cooperating. So why not take a trip in this newly painted beauty over to LAX. Welcome aboard ! Love this clockshop version ! .... Time to do pre-flight checks, and enter flight plan. Engine start ....... puff, puff and away .... just as the clouds begin to roll in from the bay ! The pushback guy earning his pay here in beautiful Monterey Bay ... (hey, that rhymes too ! ) Oh those shiny spinners ..... Taxi time .... My turn ! Luxury cabin passenger views as we leave this wonderful playground ....... Climbing to our flight level ..... En route ...... taking in some views .... Activating our approach into KLAX, ...... with supervision from the California sun overhead .... I can see the beach closing in .......... Yup ! Definitely LAX ... can tell by the traffic. A view from someone who can't decipher that 'Fasten Seatbelt' sign ............ ....... and a few more passenger views, from those who remained seated ! ........ and a couple of views from someone who should not be where they are .. ......... after a short tire screech ..... (not the pilot's fault .... it was the ashphalt) ... we're back on terra ferma ..... in the city of angels. Thank-you, for flying along !

Carenado B200. 3 hours ago, PDX Flyer said: I am really enjoying your shots of this plane. I do own the same plane and plan on flying it this weekend. Thanks for your motivation. Glad to be a motivator. I almost 'lost' that "lovin' the flightsim feeling" over the summer due to many extracurricular activities. Was even considering hanging things up for a while there. Nothing like a change of aircraft and a few new paints to get yourself back in the mood !

PDX Flyer
MZ, As I am sure you know, there are a lot of really good repaints out there for this aircraft. A big 'Thank You' to all of the folks who do all these wonderful free skins for us!

Just my opinion, but check out Flight1's B200 and don't bother with Carenado's.

I already have it and used to fly it constantly in FSX but it's one of the biggest VAS hogs I had so I uninstaled it.

It depends where you fly, and what your settings are. Tone 'em down a tad (cloud draw (minimum) and autogen density (normal or dense), and even AI traffic). The only place I've had real problems was that Toronto to Montreal corridor, but, then, everybody has trouble in that area flying complex aircraft, so I've heard. I even disabled Vector to fly that corridor, and it worked!

Besides, I used to know the G1000 so well I could teach it. But then I discovered the 750, now that's intuitive. Garmin really upped their game with the 750.
