Don't know what's going on there. I will skip a few updates because the sim is just wonderful as it is now with the Oceania sceneries. Loading times of P3d and Xplane are not affected so much by the drives, my experience. It's the sim itself collecting data, so an area such as KLAX in TE is the worse case of course. I have a lot of TE on hdd, loads 6 or 7 minutes as well. Generally I think the sims do not benefit so much from ssd. The only drive you cannot use at all is a slow usb drive.

Good looking shots, it's a nice scenery there. Just realized that there is an update from 6.18 to 6.19 and they again want me to download the entire installation file 36 gb. Do you have the same?

Very nice and interesting set Gerold! For the future you should first have a look which scenery is available in MSFS and than book your destination for vacation accordingly. 🙂

My pleasure Marcus! 🙂 It's a fantastic scenery and it works basically in P3dv6, but there are issues with autogen and so, mainly the trees. Hope you will start in the future to bring your P3d sceneries to v6 so that we can install it with the usual procedure via Orbx Central. I'am going to post some shots from your ESGG in MSFS right now, the scenery is great, looks all good, but the sim for me is something special. So I will follow developments of P3dv6 in any case. I always confuse the ICAOs, since 20 years, terrible.

At this moment it looks like most of the designers work for MSFS. Of course the worldwide scenery is the big feature. We will see.

Yes, and it seems to be improved in v6 compared with v4.5, flying works very well in v6. The aircraft is very stable. Also in Xplane it's much better than in the game- and weathersimulator. And there are other details. These clean aircraft paints for example, this is not what a simmer is used to since FS9. I bought a few for the jets and for a very little money but don't like that. Asobo are game designers and they create a game where no sliders for brightness, contrast, saturation and gamma exist? Incredible. And there is not even a postprocessing tool available, I have a good one in Xplane because Laminar did the same mistake. I cannot load an aircraft from the runway which is really silly and so on...there are enough reasons to use P3d or Xplane. I use the game- and weather simulator to fly in Japan because of the scenery, it's of course well done there and most interesting. 🙂 So, as I said before, I hope that the entire addon designers will start working for P3dv6 in future.

Yes Gerold, the original file for the Conny I've used here is from 2009. And it's not the oldest. And I haven't seen any new work from Jarrad Marshall since his Aerofly activities. P3dv6 is waiting! 😄
