I am kind of not sure about the built in flight planner in MSFS. If I am flying for example the A320 or 747, I do may Origin and Destination in the flight planner, I then chose High or low airways and it gives me a route, however the last two are set as Automatic, I think they are Approach & runway....I assume this would be because the weather could change as I get nearer therefore the runway may change. Now if I leave them at Automatic at what point will they be allocated to me? is this something that the built in ATC will do? if this is how it is done has anyone used it and does it work correctly and do they tell you when you have time to enter the info into the FMS / MCDU? I would normally use simbrief for planning at do it all at the beginning but am keen to try the other way, if it works, then again I may be understanding it completely wrong, wouldn't be a first..... Thank you in advance...

Can't wait for this one... I gotta say that's pretty cool and show's what is possible..I do remember gsx2 coming out and seeing passengers load themselves onto the plane whilst I was doing other stuff was very immersive, I assume that's the kind of thing you are looking at... Were those PAX getting ready for a flight to Ibiza?...

did it say what the dll was that you were missing? hope you get it sorted, sometimes though the only option is a complete restart and install like John said, annoying and tedious I know....

just popped mine open and checked through Task manager, 0.1% but I would normally close it after I have checked for updates...even updating it was max out at 2%.....normall though I open, check updates, if none close it down as you don't need it in the background...

fantastic set of shots, TE Orbx makes XP11 look fantastic, honestly aside from some airports I have in other areas TE is the only places I fly in the sim...

a guy on another sight was arguing that he thinks the weather in MSFS is predicted weather, not sure how true this is, I thought it was METAR based....I use REX uless I prefer to set some nice stuff to see the scenery, I then use a preset from SOFLY...
