New Zealand or Australia. Relatively small airport, due to the limited height of the cab (the staff is working at ground level). Must be a unicom or something like that. No big tower, no big airport. I looked in your profile to see which airport you bought from those region and I see none, which would mean that is possibly an Orbx freeware. That's about as far as I can go for now, I would have to fly over all the possibilities to see..!

Well, I wanted to go with it, but it made no sense, so I went on a search. And here is what I suspected: "Milford Sound aerodrome is not controlled but has an aerodrome flight information service that provides flight information (traffic information and weather for example) and an alerting service". (From CAA Vector, sept/oct 2000, PDF format). So this building is not a control tower, this is a flight service tower or cab which do not offer Air Traffic Control but flight information advisory service, which means that the flight service specialist does not need to see all 360 degrees to provide the info, and is also busy with many other duties. Just for straight records...

I am sure during tourist season he is kept busy with all the traffic in and out of this airstrip .
