Nice find. Wondering if those clouds are actually separating though? Does it look like they are from a more lateral angle, or better yet, from above? Or is it just the opacity of the spinning rotors "colouring" the clouds behind it to make it look like they are separating?

Would be interesting to know :)

I THINK it's just the image you see when you're hovering near the ground or water, and the rotors are throwing up dust, water, ect.

Don't tell them that, It's a wormhole,a tear in the space time continueum, Ian has a "Flux capacitor" fitted to that thing :unsure:

no water or ground near i was a good thousand foot in the air at the time,

Cool capture, Iain! 8) Will hop into the EC-135 soon & see if this can be replicated on my rig.

Am with PiperFM, thinking it's the water spray or dust graphic. Have seen things like this, once

having the "snow blowing" follow my plane into the air one winter day & follow me for hours.

FSX... you just never know. :)
