As I visited 3 of the Islands in real, I choose for this serie of shots the larged Island and about centrally located in the Archipel: Gran Canaria , on several locations a lot of greenhouses(serres) to see: At the north and northwestside is the coast often very roughly and rocky I loved to drive the curved mountainroads all around the Island and the spectacular views on the way An observatory and several telecom towers at Pico de Las Nieves, the highest point of the Island The sun is tired to enlight the Islands and goes to sleep behind the 2nd larged Island: Tenerife Approaching the airport for landing before the sun is down and nightfal is to avoid when flying a GA aircraft Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
