Weather: SoFly Weather Preset.

A short flight from Mangalore to Shepparton in Victoria's Goulburn Valley.

I don't know why it is called a valley though, as the area is as flat as a witches t*t!:o

Taking off from Mangalore for the short flight up to Shepparton just before a shower hits.

Out of the clouds and following the M39 Goulburn Valley Freeway. Typical winter weather with heavy showers and then patches of sunshine.

Ominous clouds ahead which will no doubt be over the airport. The rest area at Arcadia can  be seen just above the port wingtip.

The Shepparton Harness Racing Club at Kialla West with the runway and PAPI lights in sight.

A shower right over the airport, I will land on rwy 18.

Right at the threshold of 18 is the Neatline Homes factory. They have a lot of faith in the pilots who use YSHT!

Well off the centreline as usual but down safely.

Parked up outside the GV aero club rooms. and time for a cuppa!

I must admit I haven't got into the new sim much and haven't really enjoyed it. This flight has just won me over though.

Cheers

MSFS Fanboy .......:P:lol:

Many thanks John. I suppose it has been very hard to tear me away from the comfort zone of P3D where I know how to operate many things but I have found it hard to learn all the new key commands! I blame it on age.

The weather looks superb.:)

cheers

Gumby

Thanks Gumby, the flight was short but sweet.

I was very impressed with the weather and it was so dense that it forced me to fly the plane from the inside for a change!
