Navajo land is a bit further south and east - our trip is from Omak to Wenatchee along the eastern slopes of the Cascades. Omak airport in the Okanagan river drainage which begins at Lake Kelowna, up in Canada. Circling for passenger pictures and turning on course. The Cascade foothills are almost done and the great high plains stretch to the Idaho line. Still hugging the hills but seems like a prudent time to turn since Wenatchee's off to our left.
