Those aircraft would be a dream for pilots of yesteryear who actually flew DC-3s into to Tapini - that was of course after the "upgrade" of the old airstrip to its current state. The development of STOL aircraft since those days saw Islanders and Twotters doing the Goilala circuit as well as many suitably modified smaller aircraft on a charter basis. And aren't we lucky to have such beautiful ORBX scenery of those airfields to try out in virtuality. And we must not forget what a great job MAF have done throughout PNG for many decades. Rodger Pettichord Posted February 19, 2020 Share Posted February 19, 2020 Kodiaks are built near here in Sandpoint, Idaho, and Moody pilot training takes place here in Spokane out of Felts Field.
