TigerTigerM
I was about to download Compton Abbas when I found that Orbx Libraries, TE GB South, Anacortes & finally, XP11 itself, all wanted to be updated! Hence, I am late to the party for an airfield that is basically a mown undulating field on a small ridge in England , but whose name conjures up images of Enid Blyton, Winnie The Pooh, Biggles, Watership Down & so on. It oozes faded charm. A few 'before' & 'after' shots using a VskyLabs DC-3. A somewhat optimistic choice of conveyance. TTM The old CA down at the 08 end. The new CA, same end of the airfield. On approach to the old CA at dusk. After all the updates I have lost my red sunset. Some shader resets to do I suspect. Leaving the new CA. Into the old. Got lost, overflew the new. VH-KDK
Excellent images TTM. A familiar airport in RL as well as good old KNB, which I used to see a lot at Bournemouth when if flew for Intra Airways. It still flies today in the US but it is a Basler conversion!

petehowell57
Yep lovely shots. Love the first two "comparison" shots - just illustrates the "magic" ORBX can bring to FS. Pete
Dario
Excellent shots! I purchased this scenery yesterday and still need to explore it better. But my first impression is that it is an amazing masterpiece.
