VH-KDK
The second part of my trip down the Thames. 1. EGUB Benson 2. Close to Streatley 3. Now at Pangbourne 4. Approaching Reading an important business town with several large companies having their headquarters based here. 5. Woodley, Reading. The airport here has long gone but was where Miles Aircraft were based. Also Sir Douglas Bader had his life changing accident here. 6. Maidenhead and Slough are in the distance. 7. Slough 8. The Olympic Rowing Centre at Eton Dorney. 9. Eton, Windsor and LHR above the plane. 10. Over Runnymeade, where the Bomber Command Memorial is and where King John signed the Magna Carta in 1215. 11. Landing at Fairoaks EGTF. 12. A rest before a change of planes for the next leg. I trust you are enjoying my flight down the Thames.
