bernd1151
I haven’t flown this bird in ages, so dust and cobwebs had a healthy dose of time to spread all over it. But finally she was ready to take to the skies again. As one can see, our free-of-cobwebs-plane was filled to capacity The scenery changed fairly frequently We pass over Banning Before reaching the Palm Springs area we pass over a fairly large casino complex in the middle of nowhere: the Morongo Casino Resort It is obvious that we fly IFR Finally we reach our destination Thanks for viewing

PDX Flyer
I am stumped as I don't recognize that plane. It sure looks 1950's to me. Can anyone please enlighten me as to which plane this is?

dominique
The Rick Piper's HS748 was an amazing aircraft. She was my exclusive ride for a long time in FS9. Glad to see the old girl flying still in California skies
andy1252
Absolutely lovely, Bernd. Very evocative, and I shall definitely have to make that flight myself now, just to experience it myself and see what else is down there.

Glad to see the old girl flying still in California skies A couple of days ago I saw that JustFlight is working on a new HS748 and I thought: wait a minute the Rick Piper one you still have in your FSX folder. So I ported it over to P3D v3 and it works beautifully. 14 hours ago, Republic DC-9 said: Awesome trip report! How long did it take? Cruising speed? Steve Thank you Steve.
