Some good old treasures

Recommended Posts

When I was cleaning up the garage of our weekend´s home in Diamond Point on Friday evening, I found the trusty C185 longing for a spin.

So I removed the cobwebs and took her our to the runway, ...

... crossed Puget Sound and went over to my old friend Israel, who has a farm just at the entrance of a valley.

It went dark just after some coffee & chatting, so I returned into the last evening light...

Brilliant shots Gerold.

The last three heading into the sunset are classic shots.

I cleaned my garage out the other week and all I found were dried gum leaves and mouse droppings.:wacko::(

Thanks, Martyn. Bad luck you encountered with your garage.

Golly.  These are all so great.  Especially the sixth shot.  Thanks for posting.

The scenery was calling for such a perspective, so it was not my effort.

The plus side Gerold is that I did not find any huge Huntsman spiders which scare the bejeebers out of me:ph34r::ph34r::ph34r:

Unfortunately I just removed the Huntsman from my cottage in Tasmania last year, before taking a picture. But we should not discuss this issue much longer, or John would lose the momentum to travel down under....
