  1. What a great version of the song Nick, enjoyed it! πŸ™‚
  2. The Scottish, my grandfather came to the US when he was 16.
  3. So sorry to hear of your loss of your family member Felix, Wayne. πŸ˜ͺ We lost our fur baby of 16yrs almost 4 yrs ago and it's every bit as bad or worse than a human. I still think of him everyday and the things we did together over the years. Now we have a new little boy, a Goldendoodle named Ben. πŸ™‚
  4. Battle of Britain" re-creates with incredible detail the greatest air battle in history, when the outnumbered British Royal Air Force defied insurmountable odds and fought off the overwhelmingly powerful German Luftwaffe at the beginning of World War II, saving England from invasion. Featuring an outstanding cast, including Michael Caine, Trevor Howard, Laurence Olivier, Christopher Plummer, Michael Redgrave, Harry Andrews and Robert Shaw, this epic tale illuminates the courage shown by outnumbered men during a pivotal moment in the most destructive war in human history.
  5. A Stephen King Masterpiece. This whole scenario sounds far too familiar now, don't it?! Yeah - I know, right? I LOVED this movie- very thought provoking.
  6. Mark Farner from Grand Funk Railroad Enjoy
  7. In 1971 Mark Farner and the original Grand Funk Railroad set the record at New York's Shea Stadium: they sold out in 71 hours, surpassing the previous record set by The Beatles in 1966. The reason Mel Schacher's bass sounds a little different in the video Inside Looking Out is because he used a 1966 Fender Jazz Bass.
  8. This is, without a doubt, the best live performance ever caught on tape by three guys just out of the same high school in Flint, Michigan. For almost 10 min they bring power funk/rock at a whole new level. Mark Farner wears the armband because of his Cherokee Indian heritage by the way. These guys are so freakin good! They really were funk, rock, hard rock, bluesy vibey, No bands like this anymore or will be! Mark Farner - guitar, harmonica, vocals Don Brewer - drums Mel Schacher - bass
  9. Sorry boys, it was a slip of the tongue thing. 😁
