  1. Thick cut bacon, soft fried eggs sunny side up, fried tomato and onion with sambal olek - mop the remnants up with lightly fried bread - large tomato juice on the side - finished off by freshly ground and percolated PNG coffee and a nice cigar
  2. Well I hope you have many happy returns in the future old mate!
  3. The Bird Dog because of it's power, ceiling, carrying capability, comfort, maintainability and durability - had the pleasure of being in one a few times. Where? PNG of course - AYPY then up the Kokoda Trail, over to the Goilala strips then Morobe (Garaina, Wau, Bulolo) refuel at Lae (Nadzab) and head for the highlands or conversely the islands (I could go on forever)
  4. Here's some "Strine": 1. He's a drongo 2. Top sheila 3. What a grunter 4. They saw him coming 5. Bloody gasbag 6. Good looking bloke 7. Mad as a hatter
  5. Very very nice work - pics. piloting and narrative, thank you!
  6. I always thought bangers was a description of the after effects of eating British sausages and that the mash was supposed to counteract those effects .....
  7. I do believe your intention has succeeded - tons of fun and unusual responses from witty people like myself
  8. 6. Other - Papua New Guinea Tea been drinking it for decades https://www.tealeaves.com.au/papua-new-guinea-bop-wahgi-valley
  9. Vegemite is an excellent baste for pork belly BBQ roast to get great crackling. Makes a quick nice broth with boiling hot water too. I prefer two other products for sandwiches - 333 Mighty Mite or Masterfoods Promite - both nice with Colby cheese or peanut butter or ginger jam or all at the same time with a dash of chilli - makes the cold frothy ones slide done really well
  10. If you eat enuf of 'em they are quite an efficient laxative although it seems you have discovered that already - personally I don't even have to eat one to get that effect - just looking at them does it for me .....
  11. Love your concept, love your shots, love the cargo, well done Sir!
  12. I have had so many compliments over the years that I can't pick one out
  13. Nick is correct - Uluru is the Rock itself - all the other nearby places that use the Rock name have an addendum - Uluru National Park, Uluru Resort, etc. etc.
  14. Excellent and highly informative set of shots thank you - I didn't know any of this stuff - also love flying around this whole area ever since Orbx upgraded it.
  15. Belatedly (on a road trip) many happy returns mate!
