  1. Hi, welcome to the forums Please contact the developer at the below link for support. This product has been produced by Milviz. For Milviz product support, please to go https://milviz.com/flight/support.php View Milviz on OrbxDirect
  2. Thanks Calum Now please navigate to your Scotland scenery folder such as Orbx\FTX_EU_SCO_05_SCENERY\scenery, and disable these two files in the image below. You may have needed to reinstall Scotland first, then install the airport.
  3. Hi Calum Then I would try a full uninstall and reinstall of both Scotland and EGPH, but first delete any backup of these that you may have.
  4. Thanks Do you have any non Orbx 3rd party scenery installed to the simulator folder?
  5. Hi Calum The scenery.cfg file above looks like the default file, there are no Orbx products or other 3rd party entries, is that really the case? Do you have everything installed to the external drive and nothing in the simulator folder? Please do a verify files of the Orbx Libraries, and go to settings/help/ and run the sync simulator function, and wait for a green banner.
  6. Hi Below are mine as an example. Thousands of customers have provided us with these files so we can help them better, as there really should not be any privacy concerns. We can not tell if your insertion points are correct without seeing them. We are not looking for things relevant to ESSA, we are looking to see what else could be causing your issue. scenery.cfg scenery_add-ons.xml add-ons.cfg
  7. Hi Please post a copy of your “scenery.cfg” file and the “add-ons.cfg” and the “scenery_add-ons.xml” file found at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5. Please note: Do not open the files and copy and paste the contents, just attach the files.
  8. Ok, Please post a copy of your “scenery.cfg” file and the “add-ons.cfg” and the “scenery_add-ons.xml” file found at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5. Please note: Do not open the files and copy and paste the contents, just attach the files.
  9. Hi Calum First, please install Orbx Objectflow it is free and required for all your Orbx products to work correctly. You will need to go to settings/Libraries and create a new Library in a location of your choosing (It is highly recommended to create the new library outside of the Users folder. Preferably something such as C:\ Orbx Library), this is required for the installation of ObjectFlow , then it will be installed and use 7mb of space in that new folder, and everything will work properly. You do not need to use this folder for anything else, Orbx Central will then give you the choice to install your products to that folder or to the root simulator folder.
  10. Hi No, Objectflow will not install to the scenery.cfg (scenery library). It requires an external folder and will show in the P3D Add-ons list as in the image below. So, you will need to go to settings/Libraries and create a new Library in a location of your choosing, this is required for the installation of ObjectFlow , then it will be installed and use 7mb of space in that new folder, and everything will work properly. You do not need to use this folder for anything else, Orbx Central will then give you the choice to install your products to that folder or to the root simulator folder, which is the scenery.cfg (scenery library).
  11. And Objectflow needs to be installed, good job on the find
  12. Hi Mark Although your first post mentions nothing about runway lights, please post a couple of screenshots of the issue. You could also do a verify files of the airport from it's control panel in Orbx Central.
  13. Hi Personally I have found that some aircraft illuminate better than others, CS B767 illuminates fine. Where as my Real Air Turbine Duke does not. So I don't think it's an Orbx issue, I believe it is either an aircraft issue or P3D issue.
  14. A view from a different position or altitude please.
  15. Thanks Jack I don't see anything wrong in those files. Could you please show us a different view of the issue.
  16. Hi Jack Please post a copy of your “scenery.cfg” file and the “add-ons.cfg” and the “scenery_add-ons.xml” file found at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5. Please note: Do not open the files and copy and paste the contents, just attach the files.
  17. Hi Jack Please check your scenery library insertion point in Orbx Central as per the below image.
  18. Hi I did a search on these forums and the results are below. https://orbxsystems.com/forum/search/?q=dynamic lighting&quick=1 Below is an example.
  19. Hi @Nosferatu You will need to use the below link and submit a ticket. https://support.orbxdirect.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  20. Hi Daren, welcome to the forums Please submit a ticket with ChasePlane support using the below link. https://parallel42.freshdesk.com/support/home
  21. No, that is not correct, the items that are in the scenery.cfg have been installed the old original way and the scenery order does matter, these items have been installed to the simulator root folder. The items installed using the .xml method are installed outside the simulator in a library folder, with these items the scenery library order does not matter, these are the items found in the P3D Addons menu. All the items in your screen shot are installed outside the simulator and will not appear in the scenery.cfg The "scenery.cfg" and "scenery library" are not the same thing. Both the .xml installed and the original method installed items will be visible in the scenery library. The .xml items will show as greyed out, and can be activated/deactivated in the P3D Addons menu, and appear in the "addons-cfg" But only the items installed in the simulator root folder appear in the "scenery.cfg"
  22. Hi With the scenery items being install via the .xml method as yours are, it does not matter what order they appear in the list. That is only relevant when they are installed the old method and appear in the scenery.cfg.
