Nick Cooper replied to gsumner's topic in General Discussion
Hello, although Orbx retails this product, Rex have their own support system, which you can access here: Support | REX Simulations -
Hello, World Updates have always been optional and you have always needed to go to the in game marketplace and "Get" the ones that you wanted before downloading them. In my experience, that was all that was necessary yesterday as well.

Hello, I had a look around the internet and it appears that it has been withdrawn from sale everywhere. You might try an approach to Blackbird Simulations for the definitive answer. Blackbird Simulations -Home (blackbirdsims.com)

Hello, it's called "rolling back" to the previous version.

Slow downloads using Orbx Central
Nick Cooper replied to Matt Cymbalak's topic in General Discussion
Hello, as an interim solution, please uninstall Orbx Central, using the Windows Control Panel. Then download the installer from here: https://orbxdirect.com/central Once installed, you will find that it is rolled back to version 4.1.76 and this should solve the problem. Apologies for the inconvenience. -
Hello, as far as I am aware, once the products are on Orbx Central, they should be updated as and when the developer sends the updated files to Orbx.
-
Hello Carlos, anything that you bought is still accessible on Orbx Central and as far as I am aware, that will remain the case.

Hello, please try this first: Microsoft Store Edition 1. In the game, delete any rolling cache. 2. Delete the simulator .dat files (AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes\*.dat) If the problem persists, take this extra step. 3. Do not add anything other than the problem product(s) to the Community folder before running MSFS again. Steam Edition 1. In the game, delete any rolling cache. 2. Delete the simulator .dat files (AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\SceneryIndexes\*.dat) If the problem persists, take this extra step. 3. Do not add anything other than the problem product(s) to the Community folder before running MSFS again. Note: the quickest way to do this is to rename your Community folder to CommunityX. Create a new Community folder in the same location and move only the one product into it. If it doesn't work: This product has been produced by BMWorld and AmSim. For BMWorld and AmSim product support, please to go https://www.amsim.am/

Hello Carlos, I am guessing here, but might it be easier to remove the details and then add back the new details? Maybe there is no option to change them, only to replace them, but it will have the same effect.
-
Hello, nothing has changed in this respect. Orbx Direct does require that from time to time, the password must be re-entered.

Nick Cooper replied to DNAdrifter's topic in General Discussion
Hello Jon, apologies, you are quite right. Sometimes things change, over time, that even Orbx has no control over. -

What's it like where you live?
Nick Cooper replied to Rob Abernathy's topic in The Neil Hill Memorial Lounge
Hello Rodger, there are three. In age terms, the middle one is on the left, the youngest in the middle and the old soldier, on the right. He's 12, or 84 in dog years. -
