  1. Thanks Wayne . Yes, the airport is excellent and lots of detail there.
  2. Thanks Wayne . Perhaps on an island..............
  3. Maybe somewhere warm Martyn ...........
  4. Nice shots Don . That's an unusual looking bird. Does it have a reverse gear?
  5. She can fly! You have defeated gravity again Jack
  6. Thank you Landon . If I get time then I might arrive somewhere!
  7. Thanks Gerold . I couldn't get a direct flight from Cardiff so.............
  8. Looks like you have had a dry spell there Jack
  9. I have avoided Nvidea Experience for that very reason. It might be fine, but i don't want to add to the risk of a crash.
  10. Thanks Andreas . In shots 4 and 5 I think we are simply seeing the MSFS interpretation of cloud ground shadow. I don't find it too much of an issue so long as the sky isn't totally overcast. Sorry to hear about your crash. I have been fearing one (after looking at the 'history' of the sim) but all is OK so far. Anyway, both P3D and XP are great sims so enjoy those again for now .
  11. Glad that you enjoyed them Jack
  12. Super shots Adam . Looks like 245 Squadron 1955.
  13. Great shots Adam . Dave Garwood has been so generous with his releases over the years.
  14. Well departing anyway . Flying from Edinburgh Airport in Scotland. The airport is situated about six miles west of the city centre. The airport has a long history dating back to WWI. When the Second World War broke out, RAF Fighter Command took control over the airfield and a runway of 3,900 ft (1,189 m) was paved. When the war ended the airfield remained under military control, but by the late 1940s the first commercial services were launched. In 1947, British European Airways started a service between Edinburgh and London using Vickers Vikings. Currently it is the sixth busiest airport in the UK. 15. Excellent images Adam . Whilst I have seen many F-16s in real life, I haven't seen that later version.
  16. Thanks Martyn . Indeed, some of the airports seem to have amazing detail. I too noticed the wingflex when taking the outside shots. The MSFS tubeliners are ok. Certainly a good place to start in the sim. Against my better judgement, I bought the PMDG 737-600 yesterday. I already have it in P3D, but the price is good. I won't fly it though until I have enough free time to re-learn everything!
  17. Hi Jack, I went to bed after my last post. Up again now - 6.43am. I think John and Carlos have explained things well. I learnt to look within the files after installing new liveries. Only happened for me with RAR and not for Zip files. Hope it works fine for you .
  18. Thanks Andreas . Yes the airport is by Orbx partner FlyTampa. It is high quality. The 787 is the stock one in MSFS with a different livery.
  19. A great flight Andreas . At the moment, P3Dv4 does seem to have more airports for that area than the other sims.
