Tore Stranden
A few screenshots from Prepar3D showing custom terrain at RWY 01. All areas of the airport are given the same treatment in terms of detail.

Fredrik Johnsson
Tore, this is by far the best looking scenery I've seen. Keep up the good work (and make some more Norwegian airports while you're at it)
Vora
Between Tore here and Jo Erlend at Aerosoft this country's airports will be a blast. Add Holger's magic and Norway will be an awesome region to fly.

Kilstorm
Great detail but can you tell me something with my untrained eye. Are you using some unleashed tools that P3Dv2 offers to create this scenery or is this the same high level of detail we are starting to see in FSX just presented in P3D with its better lighting/shadows? John Venema
The only difference between FSX and P3D2 is the shadows and lighting, which are obviously better in P3D2.
Sundog
Wow! Simply outstanding. I'm going to be extremely jealous of everyone who is able to fly P3DV2 until I can join them. Thanks for the preview.

Tore Stranden
Thanks for your comments I can not say anything about release, but I'm trying to finish a beta as soon as possible. It remains to finish all airport buildings (with photorealistic textures based on photos I've taken inside the airport). In this project I also do Norwegian adaptation of static aircrafts, vehicles, clutter, houses, vegetation and other objects. This is something that takes extra time, but it must be done, and the good thing is that it will reduce development time for other Norwegian projects! simmerhead2
This is a work of art. I know the airport very well and have landed there numerous times in Twin Otters, Dash 7s and 8s. I have never see a city as real in a flight simulator in 30 years! Keep up the excellent work Tore!
