Adam Banks
I really like the QualityWings 146 - and thought I'd give them my favourite ANZ liveries. Someone's already done the RJ100/BAe146-300, so I did the RJ70/BAe146-100 and RJ85/BAe146-200. All fictional, BTW. This is the RJ70/BAe146-100 over Martin's Bay: The RJ85/BAe146-200 over my favourite bt of Auckland scenery: The liveries are both on AussieX: http://aussiex.org/forum/index.php?/files/file/4359-quality-wings-avro-rj70bae146-100-zk-nzr/ http://aussiex.org/forum/index.php?/files/file/4360-quality-wings-avro-rj85bae146-200-zk-nzr/ I may just do the RJ100/BAe146-300 to complete the set! Capt Pugwash
Really nice pics and livery...the QW146 is a top choice, I am always impressed with it when I take it for a spin, it is up there with the NGX & Q400 in my hanger

Mickel
Silly question Adam, do the RJ liveries work with the equivalent 146s? I want to use the Ansett NZ one, but the only one I found was for the RJ but I'm pretty sure they were 146s. (Yes, I'm being picky, I know...) kiwi stu
I used to be a Load controller for Ansett NZ in Christchurch..yes all were 146s Started with 2 100 series..I think regos were ZKNBA and NBB Then we got rid of them and got quite a few 200 series. We also had a 200 series QC model..stood for quick change..flew pax by day..and every nite the seats were taken out and it was loaded withe freight cans and did a freight run CHC AKL return..had a big forward cargo door If my memory serves me that rego was ZK-NQC Thanks for new nz liveries Adam..I will load them all Cheers stu

(Yes, I'm being picky, I know...)Mike - they're pretty well interchangeable (in FSX at least) ... that is: RJ70 = BAe 146-100 RJ85 = BAe 146-200 RJ100 = BAe 146-300 Duplicate your existing RJ texture folder (into the equivalent BAe directory) and edit the aircraft.cfg file accordingly. In my repaints, there's one texture (only) that has a slight change (between RJ and BAe) ... just the model number under the cockpit window. Great to hear some RL experience. I have a friend that flies one for TNT in Europe (though I can't remember which model it is - maybe the QJ). He really likes them - says they're versatile and rugged. Adam.

Adam Banks
Hi Adam..yeah the colour scheme in the Ansett NZ 146 is correct, but its not of the best quality feel free to do a new one..hint hint !!! OOOeerrr ... hmmm .... sounds like a challenge I'll see what pics I can dig out on the web for ZK-NBA, ZK-NBB and ZK-NQC. If you have any in good ones your own collection, please PM me. I really like the QW146 and the paint kit is easy to work with (not like on some!) so may even enjoy doing another one BTW (Mickel) - I got it wrong. The 146 wings are different to the RJ - so I've re-packaged all three repaints to have complete sets of textures. Though many of them are, in fact, duplicates it keeps it simple. The revised archives are here: Quality Wings AVRO RJ70/BAe146-100 ZK-NZR: http://aussiex.org/forum/index.php?/files/file/4359-quality-wings-avro-rj70bae146-100-zk-nzr/ Quality Wings AVRO RJ85/BAe146-200 ZK-NZR: http://aussiex.org/forum/index.php?/files/file/4360-quality-wings-avro-rj85bae146-200-zk-nzr/ Quality Wings AVRO RJ100/BAe146-300 ZK-NZR: http://aussiex.org/forum/index.php?/files/file/4363-quality-wings-avro-rj100bae146-300-zk-nzr/ Alan - that bit of scenery is part of FTX/NZNI - the Manukau Harbour/Hauraki Gulf coastal (muddy bits) around NZAA. It's a stunning bit of work - always different, depending on the time of day and weather conditions. I like to think it changes with the tide! It's a work of art (and really does look like that in RL). I've waxed lyrical about it before: http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/56467-nzaa-coastal-the-unsung-heroes/?hl=%2Bauckland+%2Bcoastal Neil Hill: "Eddy Boyte did NZAA, and I believe Holger probably did the mud flats. Eddy and I split the main NZNI airports between us but he definitely did NZAA." Adam.
