sightseer Posted December 12, 2012 Share Posted December 12, 2012 Sometimes what you see just makes you feel good. I went to NZAA and caught some of the global cirrus from REX. All of these shots were taken right close to each other. I also saw my very first New Zealand balloon. I knew they were supposed to be there but hadnt yet seen one...until now... Thanks for looking. There are a few around NZWP (Whenuapai) ... which is odd, as that's a pretty active Air Force base ... and I certainly haven't seen any balloons near it in RL (I live nearby).
