I remember when I had a sabbatical in the UK in the early 90's they were having a revival with my generation (I was in my early 20's). I really think they need to be revived again, the current gen don't know what they're missing! Thanks for the memories. Your posts always give me Spotify material. W2DR Posted August 4, 2023 Share Posted August 4, 2023 I'll never forget my first visit to Paris. Both of my sons are musicians, of sorts. Both play bass guitar. One plays jazz and the other bluegrass. I was "instructed" to visit Jim Morrison's gravesite and send them a picture. Which I did. At that time I had no idea who Jim Morrison was. Boy, did I ever get an education. What a sad story. He was only 27 when he died. I'm an old fart who has come to love The Doors.
