It was interesting to find out just how different it is to fly a big heavy aircraft like the B17. Increasing height in itself I found a challenge , it's slow, very very slow, but I managed to get to 5000 before reaching YAMB. The short flight (manual) kept me fairly busy, didn't get a chance to listen to Vera Lynn singing "White Cliffs of Dover". Need to have many more flights to suss out the AP etc. But it is easy to fly, once you get it "up" there.
