MSFS: Samedan in the Sun

A few more shots from Samedan in something quicker than the H135 Helicopter.

It's an interesting area with several valleys running into the Samedan valley itself & what looks to be extensive rail & road transportation systems through the valleys.

Also, because it is in a valley surrounded by high mountains, you have to keep an eye out on approach as part of the runway can be in sun light & the rest in shadow.

Is that an Israeli air force paint - bet they could make those things talk.

Here you go, another from the Master, Jankees:

"A repaint for the FG-1D Corsair by Milviz, in the colors of a Chance-Vought F4U-5N Corsair that was built in 1951. After serving with the US Navy, it went to Honduras in the mid 50's. In 1978, the Honduran Air Force sold nearly all their Corsairs to Hollywood wings in the USA, some even flying. Other were sent by rail, and assembled in the USA, which might have mixed up parts. It is believed the VH-III was originally BuNo 123168/FAH603. The Walt Disney company bought it in 1987 and gave it to the RNZAF in thanks for helping out with a movie. The RNZAF traded it with Graham Hoskins for a Curtis P-40F. The aircraft was then restored in Darwin and made its first post restoration flight in 2014, painted in Honduran colors. It is based at Tyabb airfield in Victoria, Australia. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom."
