Set the Autopilot up for 12,500 feet ASL Take the SF50 Jet up at 1,500 FPM, at 235 knots. At 5,000 feet, drop the climb to 1,200 FPM. Get ready for jaw dropping mountain scenery! Back in the 80’s, in one week I spent more time in the air than on the ground. That flight was a hop to get a look at California to Oregon not knowing I’d end up in Boise three years later.
