Bluebear
Inspired from Stewarts great "Around orcas island" post, i decided, to make a test flight with my new toy the Carenado SR22_GTSX_Turbo. Started at Quillayute Airport over Diamond Point and Anacortes to Orca Island. Hope you enjoy and sorry for the amount of shots. VH-KDK
So you should be sorry for the amount of shots Bluebear. They are of such high quality that there should have been MORE. Magnificent set of images and now you and Jack are making me want to go and fly there too but first I will have to install some of the airports n that region. andy1252
Absolutely gorgeous shots, Bluebear. And that Cirrus is a wonderful beast, isn't it? It seems to have a sheen to it that the other Carenados don't quite manage to match.
Bluebear
Thanks Andy, The Cirrus was a bargain purchase at PC Aviator for under ten bucks. I'm not really a glass cockpit pilot, but after the first laps, i'm really excited. Not only the Cirrus looks very good, she also flys very well. The sound is not perfect, but it can be improved with a sound pack, which i found at AVSIM . I'm very happy with the acquisition.
