Nearly every Saturday when watching football at Princes Park in Melbourne, one would fly over on its way to NZ, beautiful sight. I like the then and now shot too, progress! I thought they pre-dated me, but the last flew in September 1987 for ANZ Cargo (not that I remember seeing one on my few trips to Auckland airport). I've also only just twigged to the TEAL/ANZ heritage with Douglas, having had the DC-6, DC-8 and DC-10 before the 74s and 76s moved in (which themselves have now all gone for 77s and 78s..).
