Hooning in a car is squealing the wheels, doing burn outs, doughnuts and showing off to your car load of mates by driving stupidly. The powers that be in Victoria now class anyone who makes tyre noise in any manner for any reason hooning, even if you are an eighty y.o. granny in a Morris Minor you will be fined. Ker ching. There are currently 14 hotted up cars that are awaiting crushing as their drivers have been caught doing real hooning, not the granny stuff!
