VH-KDK Posted December 13, 2015 Share Posted December 13, 2015 So what I do is bring up the New Zealand airports on the start menu, scroll down and blindly left click. The pin stuck in a place called Medbury in the Canterbury region. 1. Using all the grass at Medbury strip, 25% fuel and no passengers the Baron reluctantly eases off the ground. Just a very short test flight to see every thing is working ok. 2. Clearing the power lines. 3. Looking up the Hurunui River. 4. The big pine plantation at Balmoral. 5. The Hurunui High Country. 6. The Hanmer Conservation Park. 7. Following the Hanmer River. 8. Close to Lyford. 9. Mount Horrible near Stag and Spey. What incredible names! 10. Approaching the coast near Kaikoura. 11. The Hapuku River with the Kaikoura Mountains. 12. The Seaward Valley and Half Moon Bay. 13. The Clarence River 14. The Waima River. Over one hour later I reluctantly brought the short test flight to a close. Captivated by the amazing ORBX NZSI scenery and ORBX weather. Hope you enjoy these shots as much as I myself.
