Nice of you to say so - and its the aircraft that takes the biscuit and prizes but being in the UK you wouldn't recognize the fact that the Bing scenery is 7 years old maybe Orbx can shake someone up about that - and please give us another Orbx Gold Coast Airport

No probs Don - Good luck with your Honeycomb - the "trials" will be worth it If you dont have both H controls they are on sale at Gorrilla Gaming and in stock Next week is my turn with the medics - just to make sure I can get to the next birthday
-
Hi Don I cant suggest a particular solution to you problem - but it might be a problem of mixing controls - and not sure what you mean with Thrustmaster stick - and which variety -- and the 2 "Sticks" that I have used in the past have a throttle attached or part thereof. I have just replaced my set up with Honeycomb controls and have a full set of "Saitek Yoke and 2 throttle sets" - matched together - and are now sitting in my cupboard taking up space You are welcome to these for zilch - knowing that you are only 3 years younger than me - and probably as broke All it would take to solve the problem - is for you to make a trip down the M1 to God's Country and have a visit and a chat -and maybe compare a few notes on how good we were with our PPLs-and controlled crashes

It seems like yesterday since this freeware helicopter first appeared and I used this heading on both general and MSFS forums. Since then - this bloke has taught many of us - who are strictly fixed wing aficionados - that there is another life in flying and that is Vertical Flight The one problem with this chopper - is for people like me who only have a middy PC - and one needs a top drawer one for this software - but I still enjoy flying it outside the high res. Orbx areas - and I have already requested that they make a version for the new X Box Sim After 222,000+ downloads - media Hype have come up with their latest offering - version 1.1 and it is real beauty - and Rotor Sim Pilot has taken us on another gobsmacking flight in it Please enjoy the journey Newest Edition Version 1.1 | Test Flight & Review | MSFS2020 | H135 | Airbus Helicopter | Alps | SU4 - YouTube

50 years ago this Sept - I brought my family to Australia - and we arrived in the Cicada season - every year in OZ - and our house was in a treed area and the noise of the C's was tremendous. When I asked my new next door neighbor what the noise was - his Reply - "It's an Pommy (english) invention!!" A - 2- definite - a pest but great eating B - 1 - Indonesians think they are money spinners for Tourists C - 1 - Nice doggie D - 2 -how did you get my photo -

In fact it flies very well and is one of my warbirds - in V4 and 5 - I use it to do the similar Low level flights in the valleys of The Lake District and the Blue Mountains as the popular one (?) in North Wales

Here's the Beast at the new Brisbane AP ----- and at Manston WW11 base UK

Too right Don That Hawker Typhoon is a Powerful Beast with Grunt and I prefer it to the Spit and Hurricane from AH The Heinkel is interesting - all gauges in German of course - and this one over the approaches to London was 70 years late

Ben - G'day I have to say - how pleased I am that someone at H.O. has taken notice - and had the courtesy to reply and not just padlocked the subject and an explanation has been made to all others as well as myself.

I have a number (6) of their aircraft and enjoy them - and since I am not crazy about super class standard aircraft - the enjoyment of flying them is more important - especially the old birds that they are very good at reproducing -and since the Sabreliner is in that category - you can bet it will be a good one - although - not an aircraft in my sights at the moment I am looking forward to their Spitfire 5 in MSFS

Is there a way to pan the camera without changing perspective?
John Heaton replied to Flexman's topic in General Discussion
In MSFS - I think it is - and I use it quite a lot because I also use the co-pilot's seat You will find it in the standard keyboard binding - using a combination of the left/right/up/down keys and called "Translate cockpit View Left" etc you can then bind it to how you want elsewhere in your Controllers In P3D - I have never found simliar -

Maybe they will also wake up to the fact that invoices MUST include the amount of tax paid In 12 years - I don't ever remember seeing an Australian Orbx invoice with the tax on - and on one I got on May 2nd - Receipt #1016-2726 - for an "Odd" amount - $41.58 - didn't state the tax either - and now raises the question ---- was I charged the tax twice - and will I get a credit for the extra $5 approx that I was over charged? I'm not trying to be difficult - but I worry that Orbx - an Australian Company - I have great regards for - were - or have been - breaking the Australian Tax law due to an accounting error - due to the new International Laws which came into effect on May1st. - closing the Internet problem of non taxing non residents Incidentally - Microsoft also miss out the tax paid amount - when they invoice us in $$$ Australian - somebody should advise them in a friendly way To clarify the above for a non Aussie - Australian companies can claim a credit for the Sales tax on their purchases
