  1. Hi David I do not have GSX installed, and here is what it looks like, so I am guessing you will need to find the duplicates in your GSX installation and disable them.
  2. Thanks Maybe check with your friend to find out what exactly are his control panel settings for Aus v2 and YSSY? With Aus v2 3D lighting off. With YSSY Lighting also off.
  3. Hi Ien, welcome to the forums. You will need to first remove the Asobo/default version of LOWI.
  4. Hi Joe 200gb of free space is probably not going to be enough, the installed product is about 130gb, and the install process usually needs double that or more to extract and install. You will probably need closer to 300gb, then of course the the temp folder will be cleared after the successful install to free up 100+ gb.
  5. Hi, welcome to the forums Which airport is this in your image please? I also see your Objectflow is installed under the "Users" Windows file structure which is also known to prevent it from working due to Windows permissions issues. So first, I would uninstall Objectflow from it's current location and then create a new library outside the "Users" Windows file structure, such as, C:\ Orbx P3Dv5, using the create a library function found in Orbx Central under settings/Libraries. Then reinstall Objectflow to the new location. I also notice the lime green speed trees in your image. If you would like to get rid of them, Untick the “Dynamic 3D Autogen Vegetation” option in the P3D settings Options/World, then restart your sim.
  6. Hi You have uninstalled the Academic Client, so now you need to reinstall the Academic Client. If you look at your image below, the 6th item from the top of the list on the right side is "Install Client.msi" just right click on it and select run as administrator.
  7. Thanks David You are the only one that has zeroed in on Key West as the culprit, but many others have the same CTD issue but are able to zero in on other products causing it. I would like to ask you to please try the other part of the process in my initial response, this is not a process for troubleshooting only Orbx products, but for any products you may encounter problems with in this new simulator. It has proven to resolve many of those others issues as well. 1. Navigate to WpSystem\S-1-5-21-1134115858-2033878937-1563933265-1001\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache. 2. Right click on the two items I have shown in the image above one at a time and select "delete". 3. Leave only the Key West product in the community folder. 4. Open Orbx Central and locate the KEYW product and click on the "verify files" function. 5. Close Orbx Central and restart the simulator and go into the General Options DATA settings and delete and turn off the rolling cache. It seems the rolling cache of the simulator will store files even if they are corrupt causing problems for many. 6. Then load into Key West.
  8. Hi Also, please ask at the developers support link below. Developer This product has been produced by MK-STUDIOS. For MK-STUDIOS product support, please to go http://mkstudios.pl/support/index.php View MK-STUDIOS on OrbxDirect
  9. Hi David There may be no update required, as we have had no other reports of anyone else having issues with KEYW. There is probably a conflict with one of your other addons, this is why we ask you to do these troubleshooting steps to help you. They are very quick easy steps, and with the mass amounts of other 3rd party addons that are and will continue to cause conflicts moving forward, it would be very handy to know how to do them. These troubleshooting steps have already helped many many others that prefer to keep adding to there community folders, also, there is already so much freeware available that has potential to cause conflicts.
  10. Hi David KEYW works fine for me after the update of the simulator, I can load straight in and no CTD's. I even have Photogrammetry turned on. Please try the below troubleshooting steps. First rename your Community folder to CommunityX. Then create a new Community folder and install just this one product. Then try again. If that doesn't work. You could also try deleting the content.xml, and the .dat files in the Scenery Indexes folder, found at (WpSystem\S-1-5-21-1134115858-2033878937-1563933265-1001\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache) and also deleting and turning off the rolling cache. .
  11. Hi I see the same thing at default KSAT. This is a normal common limitation of the default simulator. At many airports, the terrain is not flat and the runway elevation is different by several feet from one end to the other and the simulator is not able to compensate, so it renders only a completely flat airport surface that does not match the changing elevation of the terrain.
  12. Hi Robert, welcome to the forums Sorry, but no, FSX addons are not at all compatible with MSFS.
  13. Thanks, good news. The simulator sync function is pictured below in case required for future use.
  14. Hi Bradley I am betting that if you disable Vector the buildings will no longer be in the water. Looks like a classic case of the default coast lines not being correct, so Vector corrects them but is not able to move the buildings. So yes a bug with the default scenery that maybe you could correct using ADE?
  15. Hi Rory Yes you can do this, just go to settings/help and run the sync simulator function after you get the files copied over to the new location.
  16. Thanks And yes, usually when these FT products were installed into the simulator root folder, they created two entries in the scenery library, one of them was the LC (land class) component, and all we had to do was uncheck/deactivate it in the scenery library to make it compatible with other land class products such as Open LC Europe.
  17. Hi Maybe a shot in the dark, but maybe try a verify files of Open LC Europe, and Global base.
