we don't have a problem unless we are unable to accept that this is a flight simulator and not a map of the area.
It seems to me that you will be an admirer of the up and coming True Earth products, these will feature all the
roads that are there and all in the right places because they will be photographs of the real world.
Landclass scenery is not and never can be exactly true, it seeks instead to give as accurate an impression as possible
and therefore sometimes it can look a bit odd.

I am well aware of what you are referring to and have already explained
that they are not Vector roads.
They show up wherever that type of scenery texture is used.
If you were to take the trouble to look at the screen shot I posted, you would see
that in certain configurations, there are no "white roads" in South Ontario.
You would also see that the road network is very well replicated by Vector.
Here is somewhere that is nowhere near South Ontario, there is only one Vector road in this image.
This type of image, though not this level of quality, with sometimes disjointed roads in
the textures has been typical of the Microsoft simulators since at least Fs 2002.

no need to duplicate with a second topic.
If you look closely at your own screen shots, ignoring the white "roads" that
are in fact part of the scenery tiles, you will see the smaller roads, in grey,
drawn by Vector and accurate.
I have processed this top down screen shot a little to try to highlight the road network.

It is only the auto-configuration that does not see the xml files.
You can therefore manually set the AEC for your addon airports if and when you see a problem,
and then save your settings in a profile.
We are told that this is one of the things to be updated in the next version of FTX Central.

there not a solution at the moment.
I suspect that your version number is 1.6.
To see the actual version number, please open the Vector page in FTX Central and hover your mouse cursor
over the white tick in the white circle.

I would think you have 1.6.
If you hover your mouse cursor over the white tick in the white circle, it will tell you the version number.

Hello,
it is possible that the lakes are missing from Vector.
Reports were submitted during its life with Pilot's and most corrections were included in the six service packs
that resulted.
Do you have the latest version, 1.6?

Hello,
it is all explained if you read the posts.
In a nutshell, both the regions and Open LC add lighting.
If you have both, unless you want two sets of lighting, you should disable one of them.
