Hello,
thanks.
I have isolated the problem, it looks as if Orbx Vector is the cause.
I will ask for a solution.
-
Hello,
can you attach a copy of the scenery.cfg file that you ended up with please?
-
Hello,
if you back up your scenery.cfg file and then rename it, P3D will create a default one.
If you installed into an Orbx Central Library, please disable all your other scenery addons except objectflow and the Orbx Libraries.
Then try a visit to Bozeman again.
Thanks.

Hello,
on the Insertion Point page, you will see the recommended setting.
-
Hello,
as a first step, please make sure that the Orbx Central Insertion Point is set correctly.
-
Hello,
I'll ask the developer for you.

Hello,
if it can be done, it will be.

Hello,
you can simply delete or move the link and then replace it with one of your own.
Orbx Central will not replace it unless you tell it to, as described above.
-
Hello,
thank you for your comments.
I am sorry that you do not like the situation.
In the same way as other companies, such as SimMarket and Aerosoft retail other developer's products
and direct their customers to the product developer for support, we must do the same.
We do not have access to the files or the development method and can therefore not offer useful support
or indeed prevail upon the developers to fix any shortcomings that there may be.

Hello,
once again, this is not an Orbx product and you should go to
http://www.gaya-simulations.com/ and ask for their support.
-
Hello,
yes, you can do that.
-
Hello,
Orbx Central will only create links when you use it to install something, run verify files or Sync Simulator.
Once you have done that, Orbx Central can be closed.
You can then choose what to do with the links.
-
Hello,
did you see this topic?

Hello,
thank you for your observations.
I answered your question
Quotehow do you change or switch surface material form MACDAM to asphalt, tarmac or concrete
Please note that I did not suggest that you should amend the airports yourself, nor did I offer that as a solution.

Hello,
as a matter of interest, in P3D v5 using EU Norway and the Gaya Airport, I am not seeing any terrain spikes,
to the south of the airport or indeed anywhere else in the area.
-
Hello,
your purchase was from Gaya Simulations, whose support can be found here:
-
Hello,
click on the link in this opening post and follow the prompts.

Hello,
objectflow is the means used to change things at airports that alter with time and season.
It controls windsocks at payware airports but not at Orbx Regions' airports.
It depends on how the payware airport was made but ESSA, as an example, does ot
look as it should without objectflow.
-
Hello,
I would expect that if you go to the Orbx Central Insertion Point page and set
the Insertion Point to the recommended position that you will see on that page,
your scenery library will show your Orbx products underneath all your other addons.
-
Hello,
there should be no objectflow entry in the scenery library and you can safely delete that one.
Objectflow is installed just where it should be but if the request to enable it persists, there must be something
that is preventing the .cfg and/or .xml files from saving when you exit P3D.
Could it be Windows permissions, or even anti virus or anti malware software?
-
Hello,
I have seen elsewhere that if the add-on.cfg and/or the scenery_add-ons.xml file are set to read only, then the settings will not persist.
Could it be that, or perhaps your Windows permissions that are set to prevent writing to those files?
-
Hello,
you would need a copy of the freeware Airport Design Editor.

Hello,
if the problem was introduced by an update to MSFS, it seems likely that a future update will change it back.
