Ketchikan to Stewart

The order came as a surprise and due to its delicate nature, it had to be delivered immediately. As I was paid a premium, I didn’t mind flying in the afternoon to Stewart. I have been there a couple of times, so I was familiar with the airport and its surroundings.

There was a wine contest in Stewart and the bottles that I had to ship were on the rather expensive side. I was asked to make a soft landing, so that the wine could be used right after it had arrived.

Well, let’s see

Ready for take off

Cleaned up and climbing to 9,000 ft

I hope the ride is not too bumpy. The wine doesn’t like that

My biggest worry is the lower layer of clouds. If that continues to Stewart, we’ll have to turn back.

That wasn’t too bad I guess

Anybody out there?

Well, if nobody wants the wine, I don’t mind having it for myself

Thanks guys for your kind comments. It's really appreciated.

Beware : drink or fly, you must choose one but not both :D

Hahaha, of course i will not do that in real life. But as a simmer we have the luxury to fly and have occasionally a glass of wine standing next to the screen ::) ::)
