TigerTigerM
Thought I would try another exercise in flagellation & try & get a 747-400F into ESGG. Turns out the Rex Sky Force real weather was dishing up misty rain & so I made a long VFR run in at 1,000', or so. I doubt the locals under the flight path were impressed. About 2 miles out Rex injected the latest weather & for a moment I couldn't see a thing, then the runway appeared & I ended up on the deck, but had to use the ultimate brake at the end. The Pause button. Say no more. TTM (P3D v4.5) Hugging the ground to keep under the mist. Still low. Should have gone around. Note, flaps had been pulled earlier, got them out again too late. & Pause. Before the 747 becomes a plow.
Dario
Excellent shots, TTM! We need to implement the revolutionary pause feature in real life, no more go-arounds will be required

Wakashi
Stop the World and Let Me OFF! At least you have the ability to "pause" and redo in the sim!! Looks to me as if REX played a large part in your ultimate decision to use the ultimate brake, but not before you were able to capture some lasting memories of the landing! adambar
You spoiled the fun, I wanted to see the end result. Seems to me you get s lot of practice with that quick finger of yours, I would have to take off my glasses and look for the dang key. Great shots T!
