To make them more visible during winter time I would need to shovel more snow around the PAPI lights . They hide the view a bit. But this is reality after a heavy snowfall. It is still doable as they are (barely visible) in winter, its just that FlightSim has spoiled us with PAPI's and we've got used to them being always clearly visible.
