Bullfox Posted March 14, 2018 Author Share Posted March 14, 2018 Thanks Sniper. The Seabee is an old sim, I think from 2009 by the KC Flight shop. The sim is available now through Aerosoft. Very easy on frame rates which is good for me since I don"t have a top of the line system, and I really like the large windows. What you see in the interior shots is all the instruments you get. It is not set up to track the GPS and has no auto pilot so you have to stay with it low and slow. Nice airplane for admiring scenery. Its actually a fairly large and heavy airplane with a lot of things hanging out in the wind. Originally had a 215 hp Franklin flat six engine. A lot of owners have upgraded the engine. There is even a conversion using a 400 hp Corvette V8. I did some research on line and went into the config file to up rate the engine to a 300 hp Lycoming 0-540. Now it cruises at 95 to 100 kts at 5,000 ft. Like I said, low and slow. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
