Let's make a thorough preflight check. My favorite C172 (from A2A) witht the real N4975F, normaly based @KMYF Montgomery field closed to San Diego

Power Set... Speed alive... and the runway disapeared, like in real. Better trust in UNICOM to not have an opposite trafic taking of ;-)

My Foreflight (iPad Navigation app) is connected to my Prepar3D v3. Time to practice. Look at other IA trafic reported and displayed by Foreflight.

Crossing water and the weather - as expected - the ceiling is descending... so do I before reaching the coastline.

Long final runway 10R at Montgomery Field (KMYF).
I never land in real on 10 (nor R or L). The most common are 28. Nevermind, Prepar3D ATC says 10R, let's make the 10R.

Thanks ! I use Prepar3D as a real-world training tool. The iPad app used is Foreflight (http://foreflight.com/) connected thru a paid program named FSXFlight (http://www.fsxflight.com/) to my Prepar3D. Feel free to ask for any other info.

Seems to be a bit hardcore for a casual flightsimmer haha. But i will add itto my wishlist :)
