These products are actually sold on the Aerosoft site as a single product that can install into P3Dv4 and P3Dv5. Due to how the file folder naming is critical to the operation of the aircraft, we couldn’t get Orbx Central to manage this effectively. Basically if you purchase one version, you can get the other at zero cost is what that message is meant to infer.

Hi all, all the FS Academy products have received updates today and are available now on Orbx Central. These updates are for SU:7 with UI enhancements.

The bgl files are all merged into a single encrypted archive file, so that won't be possible I think.

We have received the files so will get to work on preparing it for sale, so I anticipate in the next 12 hours. We will be setting up the product to be only purchasable if you already have the 550/700 in your OrbxDirect account. There will also be a bundle option for new customers.

Unfortunately there is no workaround these file size limitations. If we were able to split the ortho files as we can in P3D then there would be a chance. Frank has started on optimisation of his cityblock models but as to what the XBox product looks like is still to be decided because of the constraints.

I'm chasing them up as they sent through the incorrect one.

A combination of the 2, removed aerial imagery from the deep water areas (as it does not display) and compiled at the next zoom level.

The MS Marketplace place has a single file size limitation of 4GB for the PC and 1GB for the Xbox. For Sydney the CGL file was compiled to fit that limitation.

That's resolved now, just misunderstood what was required for this CP feature. Verifying files will resolve this.

Hi all, the update for the Aeroplane Heaven Electar is now available on Orbx Central. This Service Upgrade addresses a number of issues, bugs and improvements. ADDITIONS - Opening windows. - Amelia Earhart record attempt version - Post SU6 tailwheel lock now works. EXTERIOR MODEL - Glass changed to SU6 specifications. - Right tail mapping issue resolved - Added more degrees to the castering wheel. INTERIOR MODEL - Removal of toggle-able modern radios to a separate model set. ( see notes ) - Flaps indicator correctly coded. - Mixture levers correctly animated. - Brightened the whiskey compass. - added inop tooltips to inoperable knobs. - changed the direction of the flap switch FLIGHT MODEL - Slightly lowered the right contact point to ensure that if you don't move the empty CG weight it will sit correctly. - added copilots weights to payload. SOUND - Lowered sound by 8.21 db each sound. Original sounds can be found in the 7Zip file in the main directory. NOTES 1. Diagonal "glitch" was the window and not a glitch. An electra has 2 windows on the side that slide. In version 1.0 we did not have the windows opening. Now we have and therefore this "glitch" should now make sense. 2. Fuel needles are correct and correctly indicate percentage of fuel. If you aren't seeing this then this almost certainly has something to do with your units settings and/or your actual windows system settings. 3. To get the Sperry to work the AS3x was moved to a separate model with separate settings. This means you will see 3 electra base models in the aircraft chooser. 4. Earhart's Electra carried extra fuel and the range was estimated at 4500 miles with proper engine management. We have done our best to replicate this but of course she never finished the flight so we'll never know whether the estimates were correct.
